Place foot inside shoe.
Thread lace tip through the eyelet.
Remove the knots by stretching the laces on both sides of the eyelet.
Slide the laces freely through the eyelet.
Gently release the laces; knots reappear.
Repeat the operation step by step.
Ajust the tension between the eyelets to your own confort level.
For maximum confort, allow some give in the lace.
The knots need to remain visible.
The reverse process allows you to unlock the XTENEX laces.
